Now I have seen everything!
I nearly fell out of my chair laughing out loud when I saw this one.
Sadly 3.5e is so complicated I probably need these books!  Well at least the PHB!

I was considering purchase of the PHB for Dummies as gag but its too pricey for a joke.

Still I'm going to the games parlor this weekend and see if I can't read one there on the shelf.  I am intensely curious how they simplified it or if even they were able too!

What's next, "Cliff's Notes"?

That's the one bad thing about Games Parlor, they shrink wrap everything.  Maybe if you ask them you can open it to browse it, but I hate that they shrink wrap everything.

Wow....simplified versions?  I'd be interested to see them myself!

Oh, and the shrink wrap?  Just head to a Borders or similar bookstore...they generally have the books open.

But the mainstream bookstores don't have the selection.  There's a 50/50 chance they have these books, but for most things you're out of luck.

True enough, but worth going in for a peek if your wife is shopping at the Clothes Emporium for 2 hours.  Cheesy
