Battlegrounds Play your RPG online
This is virtual tabletop software for use with roleplaying games such as Dungeons & Dragons, d20, GURPS etc.  It has an impressive list of features: fog of war, dice roller, zoom, turn sequencer, snap to grid, and chat to name a few.  The screen shots are impressive.  The site has dozens more

So what this virtual table top ets you do is play a remote game with a view controled by the UI.  They have a demo version that craps out after 45 minutes.  The pricing is not unreasonable:
 - GM Client $29.95
 - Player Client $14.95

I do have some concerns, how hard is it make the maps and tiles?  Has any member tried it out?

It's absolutely amazing what is becoming available to help people play. Not to sound like an old man but I REMEMBER THE DAYS BEFORE THERE WERE DICE AND PAPER WHEN ... Ha Ha, you get the point.

But seriously, remember when the cardboard dungeon master screens seemed like a great invention?

It's really amazing.
